Foot Clinic will finish on the 16th of December 2024 and restart on the 20th of January 2025.
Strength & Balance will finish on the 20th of December 2024 and restart on the 17th of January 2025.
Golden Connections is our social programme for over 60s – and it’s the ideal place to make new friends and have some fun.
Our regular activities include movies, games, afternoon teas, speakers, sing-a-longs and lots of fun and laughter.
In addition, we provide foot clinics every 6 weeks on Monday mornings and fun strength & balance sessions on a Friday.

Low impact, circuit class designed to improve your balance, strength and mobility whilst having fun! Cuppa & time to chat afterwards.
