Kai Support

Kai available to support whānau in Mairehau and neighbouring communities.

The Neighbourhood Trust has kai available each week to support whānau in the Mairehau, and St Albans area. If you require some assistance please click on “Request Kai Support” below, then complete and submit the form.

Due to the demand for fruit and vegetables, not all requests will be fulfilled. We ask that you only fill out a form every 3-4 weeks.

Kai will be available on Wednesdays. People will receive a confirmation text, email, or phone call on the Wednesday morning if we are able to fulfil your request. Pick up is usually from The Whānau Centre at 49 Nancy Ave, Mairehau. If we are unable to fulfil your request, you will also be notified.

Please be aware,  you will need to bring your own bag to fill.

We have two options:

Fresh fruit and vegetables

– You will have the choice of fresh produce

Essential items

– You will have the choice of staple pantry items that has been donated to us through various organisations.

 

Ensure you have the form submitted by Tuesday night so we can organise the kai on Wednesday morning.
