Our NHT team went out this week and spent some time together at a local bowling alley. There were lots of laughs (especially with the help of a two and half year old) and fun had as we played a couple of games together, trying our best (or not) to bowl – or at least keep our fingers intact.
It was a breath of fresh air to spend time just as a team. We connected, we played, we spent some time chatting over food. The One rule: do not talk about work.
